Frequently asked questions
What happens if a payment fails?
You have 48 hours to settle it. After that the backoffice returns to the Free plan. Your Premium settings are kept and restored on the next payment.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export it and ask for its deletion at any time. We act as a processor under the GDPR for your backoffice data.
Does my server go down if your service does?
No. That constraint shaped the whole architecture: the resource buffers locally and replays its events when the service returns.
