Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of MyBackoffice. By creating an account, you accept them.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Purpose
MyBackoffice is an online service that lets the operator of a FiveM game server administer their community: player tracking, sanctions, logs, inventory, map and staff management.
The service connects to the customer’s game server through a resource the customer installs themselves. It never takes control of the server: it sends instructions that the resource executes, and the customer decides what those instructions do in their own files.
2. Account and eligibility
Creating an account requires being of legal age, or having a legal guardian’s permission, and providing accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done from your account. Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription, pricing and payment
The service is sold by subscription, one per server, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan. The prices that apply are the ones shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-off services, such as assisted installation, are billed once and independently of the subscription.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended after a grace period. Your data and settings are kept and become available again on the next payment.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel at any time from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; amounts covering that period are not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
Consumers benefit from the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period. By requesting immediate access, you agree that performance starts before that period ends; you remain liable for what has been used if you then withdraw.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- infringe anyone’s rights, in particular by collecting or publishing personal data without a legal basis;
- attempt to reach accounts, servers or data that are not yours;
- circumvent technical limits, probe the infrastructure or disrupt its operation;
- resell or make the service available to a third party without written agreement.
You configure yourself the functions the resource runs on your server. You alone are responsible for that code and its effects on your community and your players.
6. Availability and support
We make our best efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted uptime. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or incidents.
Support is provided through the channels listed on the site. Response times depend on the plan.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amounts you actually paid during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.
We are not liable for indirect damage, in particular lost revenue, data lost through your own actions, or the consequences of decisions taken by your staff members.
8. Intellectual property
The code, interface and contents of MyBackoffice remain the property of S&E Studio. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use for its duration.
Your community’s data belongs to you. We do not exploit it commercially and do not sell it.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Any substantial change is announced before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means accepting it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts. Consumers may still bring proceedings where they live and may use consumer mediation.
